Return and Refund Policy

Information & Notices

Delta System prioritizes client satisfaction and product excellence. However, given the nature of digital products and custom services, refunds are handled with specific guidelines:

Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests are accepted if raised within 7 days of delivery in case of technical issues, unmet project specifications, or any service inconsistencies, as per the initial agreement.

Refunds are only applicable to services where the end product was not delivered as agreed upon, or if Delta System is unable to complete the project for unforeseen reasons.

Requests for refunds on partially delivered projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services:

Services already completed, approved by the client, or accepted in writing are non-refundable.

Any third-party service costs or tools involved (e.g., hosting fees, domain purchases) are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Refund requests can be submitted to contact@deltasystem.in.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Delta System values a transparent and hassle-free cancellation process for our clients. Please read the following cancellation guidelines:

Service Cancellation:

Cancellations can be requested up to 48 hours after placing an order or service request by contacting contact@deltasystem.in.

Cancellations after project initiation may incur a processing fee, depending on the progress and resources allocated to your project.

Termination of Ongoing Projects:

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing projects. A cancellation fee based on project completion and resource costs will be assessed and communicated before confirming the cancellation.

No-Show and Delays:

If a client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals within the agreed timelines, Delta System reserves the right to delay or cancel the project with appropriate fees applied.

Right to Refuse Service:

Delta System reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion if the project is deemed unfeasible or if terms agreed upon are not met.
